Typewritten and signed contract dated 17 Dec. 1894. Frederick and Samuel Auerbach agree to purchase property in Salt Lake City, Utah for business purposes.

Handwritten and printed receipt and notes for orders. The items are dated 13 Jan. 1875, 14 Dec. 1877, and 188? The materials relate to orders including financial transactions with Brigham Young, second president of the Mormon Church.

Invoices relating to purchases made for Clawson's store in Salt Lake City, Utah. The items were glued into a scrapbook. The materials relate to Clawson's business activities.

Handwritten and printed receipts. The items record the transactions and purchases made by Preston at the Bishop's General Storehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah. Also included is a letter to Preston that was written in Bedford, Wyoming. The item is unsigned, but its salutation was "Dear Uncle."

The folder contains a printed price list of materials available from the lumber company around 1900.
